Keeley Hawes (born in England) is an English actress and producer recognized for her role in the television series Line of Duty. She is also nominated to win BAFTA award for her roles in the series Bodyguard and Mrs Wilson. She has been lauded for other dramas such as The Durrells. It's a Sin. and The Missing. Hawes first became famous in an episode of the BBC drama Tipping the Velvet. Later she made an appearance in the thriller Spooks Spooks and in the crime-fantasy Ashes to Ashes. Hawes began her career in film on the screen in Avengers in 1998. Since then, she has appeared in a variety of films, including Death at a Funeral Misbehaviour and To Olivia. In addition, Hawes has voiced Lara Croft (in 7 editions) the main character in The Tomb Raider game franchise. In the years 2020-2021, she became an executive producer for the television series Honour and Finding Alice. In addition to the world of television and film, she also has experience with theatre.
